GENERAL
1. So who are you, anyway?
B3Mascots is a three year old small business from Athens, Georgia. It's operated by Joe Zaworski and the family members he's tricked into joining him.
We make custom, made-to-order fursuits and mascot costumes. We also make ears, tails, paws & bodysuits on an individual basis. Our costumes don't have the heavy, bulky heads and exaggerated proportions that are standard on so many mascots -- this gives the characters we make a more organic and approachable feel. And most importantly? No two are exactly alike.

2. I'm looking for a mascot performer for my business, pet adoption, charity event, etc. Can you do that?
Yes! We have two great actors available to perform in your mascot. We also have mascot characters of our own that would love to appear at your event. E-mail Joe for more info.

3. Is that REAL fur?!
NO! All of our items are made with high quality faux furs and other man-made materials. We use absolutely no real animal products in any of our costumes (no fur, claws, teeth or leather). We like our skins where they are and figure most other animals feel that way, too.

4. Do you make non-animal mascots, too?
At the moment we specialise in animal mascots, but would love to expand our portfolio. Please contact us for a quote or more information.

PRICES & PAYMENT
1. How much does it cost?

TAILS Attaches via elastic loops to slide a belt through or pin to your pants. Stuffed with polyfil or foam.	$40+ and up	Fox Tail Curly Dog Tail

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal & business checks, cashier's check or money order, Paypal and all major credit cards (via Paypal or Google Checkout). Payments in USD only, please.

3. What payment plans do you offer?
Orders under $200 must be paid in full up front. Orders over $200 require a deposit of at least 30%. The remainder is due before your order is complete. Absolutely no orders are shipped until payment is made in full.

4. Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind?
No. Except in rare cases, deposits are not refundable.

5. Do you charge sales tax or any additional fees?
Residents of the state of Georgia are charged sales tax.
Payments made through PayPal are charged a 3% convenience fee. This will be added into the cost of your shipping and handling.


ORDERING
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order for a custom fursuit (or a tail, or some hand-paws, feet, a bodysuit, etc.), visit our "custom orders!" page and fill out the web form. You can also send an email directly to joecifur@gmail.com. Don't forget to browse our in-stock items by clicking the "shop!" link, too!

2. Did you get my email?
Yes. We take our time with each and every inquiry to make sure everyone gets great service, so please give us a few days to reply to you before sending follow-up e-mails. Multiple emails may be discarded as spam.

3. I've never done this before. How does the ordering process work?
For in stock items in the shop, just click and follow the directions to send in your payment and your order will be on its way.
For custom orders, send us an email either directly or through the web form on the 'custom orders' page. We'll get back to you with a price quote and help you work out a payment plan and completion date. When it's time for your order to go on the worktable, we'll contact you again with any measurements or other information we need. Finally, you'll be sent photos for you to approve before shipping.
We'll send you information on warranty and how to care for your suit with your order, and we're always available if you have any other questions.

4. How long will it take you to make my item?
This varies. When you place an order we can work out a completion date and turnaround time.
Generally, small orders (hands, feet, tails) have a turnaround time of 3-6 weeks.
Due to the amount of orders we receive and the time involved in creating them, large orders (heads, bodysuits, partial suits, full suits) take several months to complete.
Please be aware of the turnaround time involved!


SHIPPING
1. What shipping methods do you use?
Items shipped within the US are shipped USPS Priority (under 6lbs) and UPS Ground (over 6lbs).
Items shipped internationally are shipped USPS-EMS Express.
If you'd like to request a specific shipping method, just ask!

2. Where will you ship?
Anywhere! We can ship to any country, AFO or FPO.

3. How long does shipping take?
Items shipped within the US are usually only 2-5 days in transit.
Items shipped overseas are usually 5-10 days in transit. This can and does vary depending upon your country's customs office.

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending upon item size, weight and destination. If you require a shipping quote, drop us a line!
